Payment of Undisputed Amounts. Pending final determination of the total cost of a Change, amounts not in dispute for such changes in the Work shall be included in Applications for Payment accompanied by an approved Change Order or Construction Change Directive, indicating the Parties' agreement with part or all of such costs.
