Common use of Payment of Unit Members Clause in Contracts

Payment of Unit Members. A. On an eleven (11) month payment schedule, salaries will be paid in eleven (11) equal installments, payable no later than the last day of the calendar month. B. On a twelve (12) month payment schedule, salaries will be paid in twelve (12) equal installments, payable not later than the last day of the calendar month. C. Unit Members who elect to change from an 11 or a 12 month payment schedule must notify the District in writing on or before August 1 of each school year.
