Payment of Utilities. 11.5.1 The Operator shall be liable to pay bills for utilities such as electricity, water, sewerage charges, etc. on actual basis for consumption at the Bus Depot. Provided, however, the Operator shall be liable to pay bills for the actual consumption of utilities only on a pro–rata basis in relation to the area of the Bus Depot, and Parking Space (if any) allotted to the Operator.
