Payment of Utility Charges. Subject to “Permitted Contests” (as defined in Section 9), the Mortgagor shall pay all charges made by utility companies, whether public or private, for electricity, gas, heat, water, or sewer, furnished or used in connection with the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof, and will, upon written request of the Mortgagee, furnish proper receipts evidencing such payment.
