Payment on Carpet Area. The Allottee, if required by the Owner or under the Act/Rules, as the case may be shall make all payments, in common with other Co- buyers of constructed spaces in the Project in the proportion that the carpet area of the Flat bears to the total carpet area of all the flats within the Project;
