Common use of Payment on non-Business Day Clause in Contracts

Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or on account of the Revolving Note shall be scheduled to become due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in computing interest and fees payable hereunder or on account of the Revolving Note.
