Payment on Termination by Contractor. If this Agreement is terminated or Work is stopped under Section 16.3.1 or 16.3.2, Contractor shall be entitled to payment on the same basis as if the carrying out of the Work had been canceled for Owner’s or GEC’s convenience under Section 16.2.
