Common use of Payment Only to BNPLC Clause in Contracts

Payment Only to BNPLC. All amounts payable under this Agreement by NAI and, if applicable, by an Applicable Purchaser must be paid directly to BNPLC, and no payment to any other party shall be effective for the purposes of this Agreement. In addition to the payments required under subparagraph 1(A), on the Designated Sale Date NAI must pay all amounts then due to BNPLC under the Land Lease or other Operative Documents.
