Payment Patterns. To provide information on the payment behaviour of individuals, i.e. which bills are paid on a regular basis (utilities, loan repayments, subscriptions etc). This information may be used as a negotiating lever for debt managers when seeking repayment of overpaid benefits, or in internal propensity modelling activities, and to support identification of wider fraud and error.
