PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND RETAINAGE. 5.1 Payment, except for retainage as provided herein or by law, shall be due upon substantial completion of the Work. Substantial completion means that the Work is ready to be used for its intended purpose, and that no Goods or Services remain to be delivered, except for common, minor, punch list type items.
