Common use of Payment Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Payment Responsibility. Payment of all charges willbe the responsibility of CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER shall pay invoices utilizing wire transfer services or automatic clearing house services. CUSTOMER shall make payment to AT&T for all services billed including disputed amounts. AT&T will not become involved inbilling disputes that may arisebetween CUSTOMER and CUSTOMER’s End User.
