Payment Schedule for Basic Fee. Payments shall be made upon receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ based on the work completed. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be submitted by the Engineer periodically, but not more frequently than monthly. Payment by the District shall release the District from any further obligation for payment to the engineer for service or services performed or expenses incurred as of the date of the statement of services.
