PAYMENT TO BE MADE ON BUSINESS DAY. If any payment is due under a Transaction Document on a day which is not a Business Day (as defined for the purposes of that Transaction Document, whether in this Deed or in that Transaction Document) the due date will be the next Business Day (as defined for the purposes of that Transaction Document, whether in this Deed or in that Transaction Document) unless that day falls in the next calendar month, in which case the due date will be the preceding Business Day (as defined for the purposes of that Transaction Document, whether in this Deed or in that Transaction Document).
