Notification of Amount. The Union shall notify the Employer from time to time of the regular dues of the Union.

Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the Association, shall be transmitted by the Association to the Treasurer of the Board on or before September 3 of each year during the term of this contract for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the Association. Deduction of dues shall begin the second paycheck of each year and be deducted in equal installments for the next 23 paychecks.

The Director of Labor Relations or his or her designee will be notified in writing of any change in the rate of membership dues thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change.
