Common use of Payment to City Clause in Contracts

Payment to City. The County agrees to reimburse the City for costs incurred, pursuant to Section 4.01. The County is responsible to pay these monies to the City within thirty (30) days of being invoiced for costs incurred or services performed. Costs will be invoiced at the completion of each project phase and upon final acceptance of the project by the Parties, unless an alternate schedule is mutually agreed upon in writing by the authorized representatives of the Parties.
