Payment to Executive’s Estate. In the event of the Executive’s death prior to the payment and/or provision of any of the severance payments and/or benefits set forth under Section 2.2 herein (collectively, the “Severance”), provided the Executive or the Executive’s estate has complied with Section 2.5 hereof, the Executive’s estate will receive the Severance in accordance with the payment terms set forth in this Agreement.
