Cessation of Employment Relationship. 1.1 Effective as of April 1, 2020 (“Termination Date”), Executive’s employment with the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries will automatically terminate without the need for any further action by the Company, the Executive or any other party.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. The employment of the Executive with the Companies will terminate on July 31, 2010 (the “Termination Date”). The Executive hereby retires, effective as of the Termination Date, as a member of the Board and from all other positions and offices with the Companies and any affiliate of the Companies. The Executive agrees to provide advice and assistance to aid in management transition following the Termination Date, as reasonably requested by the Company and on mutually agreeable terms. In connection with providing such advice and assistance, the Executive will be provided reasonably necessary secretarial and other customary administrative assistance, as mutually agreed.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. The parties agree that Executive's employment with the Company will terminate effective as of June 10, 2012 (the “Termination Date”).Executive herebyresigns, effective as of June 10, 2012, from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and from all other positions, directorships and offices with the Company and any affiliate of the Company. Executive hereby waives any right to notice of termination of his employment and payment in lieu thereof.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. (a) The Executive’s employment with the Company and its affiliates will cease, and the Executive will cease to serve as Chief Executive Officer and as an officer of the Company, effective September 7, 2017 (“Termination Date”). Except as expressly provided in Section 2 of this Agreement, the Termination Date will be the termination date of Executive’s employment for purposes of active participation in and coverage under all benefit plans and programs sponsored by or through the Company.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. (a) The Executive’s employment with the Company and its affiliates will cease, and the Executive will cease to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of the close of business on September 28, 2018 (the “Termination Date”). Up through and including the Termination Date, the Executive shall continue to receive the compensation and benefits set forth in the Employment Agreement. The Termination Date will be the termination date of the Executive’s employment for purposes of active participation in and coverage under all employee benefit plans and programs sponsored by or through the Company. Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Employment Agreement.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. As of the Effective Date, Sxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and the Company agree to end their employment relationship, and Sxxxxxx Xxxxxxx agrees to resign from every office and directorship held with the Company or any of its subsidiaries. Sxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and the Company agree to execute any and all documents appropriate to evidence such cessation of employment. The Company will complete a Record of employment stating “end of employment contract”.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. (a) You will cease to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and as an officer of the Company, effective March 13, 2020 (“Separation Date”). Effective on the Separation Date, your employment with the Company will automatically terminate without the need for any further action by the Company, you or any other party.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. The employment of the Executive with the Company will terminate effective on March 1, 2017 (the “Termination Date”). Effective as of the Termination Date, the Executive hereby resigns from all positions, offices and directorships with the Company and any affiliate and subsidiary of the Company, as well as from any positions, offices and directorships on the Company’s foundations, benefits plans and programs. The Executive’s last day at the Company shall be December 31, 2016 (“Last Day of Work”). From the period commencing the day after the Last Day of Work until the Termination Date (“Work Period”), notwithstanding any other obligations upon the Executive as set forth herein, the Executive shall make himself available without restriction for business purposes by telephone and electronic mail to the Company’s Chairman and CEO (“Company CEO”), any executive directly reporting to the Company CEO (“Company SLT Member”), as well as any employee or officer as requested by the Company CEO or Company SLT Member. The Company CEO may further request that the Executive make himself physically available for business purposes at reasonable hours during the Work Period.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. (a) The Executive’s employment with the Company and its affiliates will cease effective March 31, 2018 (the “Termination Date”). The Executive will cease to serve as the Chief Executive Officer and as an officer of the Company effective February 26, 2018 (the “Resignation Date”). Except as expressly provided in Section 2 of this Agreement, the Termination Date will be the termination date of Executive’s employment for purposes of active participation in and coverage under all benefit plans and programs sponsored by or through the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement will govern Executive’s employment with the Company until the Termination Date.
Cessation of Employment Relationship. The employment of the Executive with the Company will terminate on the date that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) appoints a successor President and Chief Executive Officer, or such earlier date as the Board shall determine, which in either case shall be no later than June 30, 2012 (such date, the “Termination Date”). From the date hereof until the Termination Date, the Executive shall continue to serve as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. On the Termination Date, the Executive shall resign from all positions, offices and directorships with the Company and any affiliate of the Company.
