Payment to Lenders. All fees referred to in Sections 2.11(a) and 2.11(b) shall be paid when due to the Administrative Agent at the Payment Office and upon receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent shall promptly distribute to each Lender its Pro Rata Share thereof.
