Payment to Subcontractors. Contractor shall pay all subcontractors for and on account of work performed by such subcontractors in accordance with the terms of their respective subcontracts and as provided for in Section 10262 of the California Public Contract Code. Such payments to subcontractors shall be based on the measurements and estimates made and progress payments provided to Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
