Common use of Payment to the BID Company and Reconciliation Clause in Contracts

Payment to the BID Company and Reconciliation. 8.1 No later than 10 (ten) Working Days following the Execution Date or Operational Start Date (whichever is the later), the Council shall pay the BID Company the First Advance Payment. In the following Financial Years the Council shall pay the BID Company the First Advance Payment no later than the 1st May in each of those Financial Years.
