Common use of Payment to the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Payment to the Issuer. After payment in full of the Series [____] Notes, any amount remaining on deposit in the Interest Funding Account will be paid to the Issuer. If the aggregate amount available for withdrawal from the Interest Funding Account is less than all withdrawals required to be made from the Interest Funding Account, then the aggregate amount on deposit will be withdrawn and, if payable to more than one Person, applied pro rata based on the respective amounts of the withdrawals required to be made.

Payment to the Issuer. After payment in full of the Series [____] 2004-B Notes, any amount remaining on deposit in the Interest Funding Account will be paid to the Issuer.
