Common use of Payment to Trustees Clause in Contracts

Payment to Trustees. Section 401(k) Contributions shall be paid to the Trustees by the Company on the earliest date on which such Section 401(k) Contributions can reasonably be segregated from the Company’s general assets. A statement showing the amount representing the Section 401(k) Contributions of each Participant shall accompany each such payment.
