Common use of Payment Tolling Clause in Contracts

Payment Tolling. During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceeding between the Parties under this Article 14, the obligation to make any payment, or portion thereof, under this Agreement from one Party to the other Party, which payment, or portion thereof, is the subject, in whole or in part, of a proceeding under this Article 14, shall be tolled until the final outcome of such Dispute has been established. Any portion of a payment which is not in dispute shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Payment Tolling. During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceeding between the Parties under this Article 1413, the obligation to make any payment, or disputed portion thereof, of a payment under this Agreement from one Party to the other Party, which payment, or portion thereof, is the subject, in whole or in part, of a proceeding under this Article 14, Party shall be tolled until the final outcome of such Dispute has been established. Any portion of a payment which is not in dispute shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Payment Tolling. During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceeding between the Parties carried out in good faith under this Article ARTICLE 14, the obligation of one Party to make any payment, or portion thereof, payment under this Agreement from one Party to the other Party, which payment, or portion thereof, payment is the subject, in whole or in part, of a proceeding under this Article 14to such dispute resolution proceeding, shall be tolled until the final outcome of such Dispute has been established. Any portion of a payment which is not in dispute shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceeding between the Parties under this Article 14, Section 12.7 (Dispute Resolution) regarding the obligation to make any payment, or portion thereof, payment under this Agreement from one Party to the other Party, which payment, or portion thereof, is the subject, Party (in whole or in part), of a proceeding under this Article 14, shall the obligation to make such payment will be tolled until the final outcome of such Dispute dispute has been established. Any portion of a payment which is not in dispute shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceeding between the Parties under this Article 14, Section 13.9 (Dispute Resolution) regarding the obligation to make any payment, or portion thereof, payment under this Agreement from one Party to the other Party, which payment, or portion thereof, is the subject, Party (in whole or in part), of a proceeding under this Article 14, shall the obligation to make such payment (solely with respect to any disputed amounts) will be tolled until the final outcome of such Dispute dispute has been established. Any portion of a payment which is not in dispute shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
