PAYMENT UPON DEMAND. Borrower shall, as Lender shall from time to time demand from Borrower upon at least 3 business days’ advance notice (a “Demand”), pay the entire unpaid principal amount of the Loan, together with any accrued and unpaid interest thereon (as determined from time to time, the “Payoff Amount”); provided, however, that no such Demand shall be made prior to January 1, 2014.
