Common use of PAYMENT WHEN SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT WHEN SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED. In the event the CITY suspends the professional services required to be performed, by the CONTRACTOR, pursuant to this Agreement, the CITY shall compensate the CONTRACTOR for all services performed prior to the effective date of suspension and shall pay the costs thereto as set forth in Section 7.01 of this agreement.

PAYMENT WHEN SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED. In The CITY reserves the event the CITY suspends the professional right to suspend any services required to be performed, by the CONTRACTOR, pursuant to authorized under this Agreement. In such an event, the CITY shall compensate the CONTRACTOR for all services performed prior to the effective date of suspension and shall pay the costs thereto as set forth in Section 7.01 of this agreementany such suspension.
