Common use of Payment within 10 Business Days Clause in Contracts

Payment within 10 Business Days. (a) Subject to clause 10.3, <User> must, within 10 Business Days after receiving a Payment Claim, pay to <Service Provider> the amount invoiced in the Payment Claim, using a Payment Method specified in the Payment Claim. (b) Without prejudice to <Service Provider>'s other rights, <User> must pay interest in accordance with clause 10.5 on any amount not paid as required under clause 10.2(a).
