Payment without Demand. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the Base Rent, the Additional Rent, and any other amounts payable hereunder, without prior request, at the Landlord’s address indicated on the first page, or any other place in Canada designated in writing, from time to time, by the Landlord.
