Payments and Distributions on Disputed Claims. Distributions made after the Effective Date to Holders of Disputed Claims or Interests that are not Allowed Claims or Interests as of the Effective Date, but which later become Allowed Claims or Interests, as applicable, shall be deemed to have been made on the applicable Quarterly Distribution Date after they have actually been made, unless the Reorganized Debtors and the applicable Holder of such Claim or Interest agree otherwise.

Payments and Distributions on Disputed Claims. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary herein, no payments or distributions shall be made hereunder with respect to all or any portion of any Disputed Claim unless and until all objections to such Disputed Claim have been settled, withdrawn or determined by Final Order, and such Disputed Claim has become an Allowed Claim. Moreover, notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, no interest shall accrue or be Allowed on any Claim during the period after the Petition Date.
Payments and Distributions on Disputed Claims. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Final Order, or as agreed to by the relevant parties, distributions on account of Disputed Claims that become Allowed after the Effective Date shall be made on the next Periodic Distribution Date that is at least thirty (30) days after the Disputed Claim becomes an Allowed Claim; provided that (a) Disputed Administrative Claims with respect to liabilities incurred by the Debtors in the ordinary course of business that become Allowed after the Effective Date shall be paid or performed in the ordinary course of business in accordance with the terms and conditions of any controlling agreements, course of dealing, course of business, or industry practice and (b) Disputed Priority Tax Claims that become Allowed Priority Tax Claims after the Effective Date shall be treated as Allowed Priority Tax Claims in accordance with Article II.C of the Plan.

In the event the Subscriber purchases shares of Common Stock in the IPO or in the aftermarket, any additional shares so purchased shall be eligible to receive the redemption value of such shares of Common Stock upon the same terms offered to all other purchasers of Common Stock in the IPO in the event the Company fails to consummate the Business Combination.
