Payments and Monthly Report. The Concessionaire will make monthly payments in accordance with the Compensation method outlined in the Commercial Use Agreement. Every month, the Concessionaire will pay the Department (Monthly Payment) and submit the Monthly Report attached as Exhibit A. The Monthly Payment and Exhibit A are due no later than the 20th of each month, for Services provided in the preceding month.
