Common use of PAYMENTS BY COUNTY Clause in Contracts

PAYMENTS BY COUNTY. CONTRACTOR agrees that any and all funds received under this Agreement shall be 25 disbursed or encumbered on or before June 30, 2009 , and that any and all funds 1 remaining as of June 30, 2009, which have not been disbursed or encumbered shall be returned by CONTRACTOR to COUNTY within thirty (30) days of the expiration or earlier termination of the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 42. No expense of CONTRACTOR will be reimbursed by COUNTY if incurred after June 30, 2009. No CONTRACTOR expenses shall be paid if billing is received 4 by COUNTY after July 31, 2009.

No 7 CONTRACTOR expenses shall be paid if billing is received 4 by COUNTY after July 31, 2009.

PAYMENTS BY COUNTY. 20 CONTRACTOR agrees that any and all funds received under this Agreement shall be 25 disbursed or 21 encumbered on or before June 30, 2009 2013 , and that any and all funds 1 remaining as of June 30, 20092013 , 22 which have not been disbursed or encumbered shall be returned by CONTRACTOR to COUNTY within 23 thirty (30) days of the expiration or earlier termination of the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 42as provided herein. No expense 24 of CONTRACTOR will be reimbursed by COUNTY if incurred after June 30, 20092013. No CONTRACTOR 25 expenses shall be paid if billing is received 4 by COUNTY after July 31, 20092013. 1 Upon the effective date of this Agreement, COUNTY shall make payments to CONTRACTOR in 2 accordance with the following payment schedule:

No expense 20 of CONTRACTOR will be reimbursed by COUNTY if incurred after June 30, 20092010. No CONTRACTOR 21 expenses shall be paid if billing is received 4 by COUNTY after July 31, 20092010.
