Common use of Payments by or to Other Members of the Groups Clause in Contracts

Payments by or to Other Members of the Groups. When appropriate under the circumstances to reflect the underlying liability for a Tax or entitlement to a Tax refund or Tax Benefit, a payment which is required to be made by or to a Company may be made by or to another member of the Group to which that Company belongs, but nothing in this Section 5.7 shall relieve any Company of its obligations under this Agreement.
