PAYMENTS BY RCFMS. During the Term of this Agreement, and as determined by the Ambulance Operations Oversight Committee, RCFMS shall make monthly payments to , by the 10th day of the month, the monthly amounts based on the hours of service provided from the previous month. Policy and Procedures approved by the AOOC shall dictate the various service fees for services to be provided by . Fiscal responsibility shall be maintained at all times by the AOOC. On an annual basis the AOOC shall, through its policy and procedures submit an annual budget to the HGFDB for approval. The HGFDB which shall not unreasonably withhold approval. Notwithstanding the foregoing; the hourly amount to be paid each month based on the hours of service provided shall increase by the annual automatic rate increase approved by the Director of the Arizona Department of Health Services for the RCFMS CON each year. Any and all reimbursements to be paid under this Agreement shall be made directly from RCFM and RCFM shall have exclusive authority to collect for services provided by RCFM or parties providing services on behalf of RCFM

  • Payments by Wire-Transfer All payments under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement shall be made by wire-transfer in accordance with the wire-transfer instructions on Exhibit 4.

  • Payments and Transfers 1. Except under the circumstances envisaged in Article 9.2, a Party shall not apply restrictions on international transfers and payments for current transactions with another Party.
