Common use of Payments by the Environmental Response Trust Clause in Contracts

Payments by the Environmental Response Trust. ‌ The Environmental Trustee shall provide the Lead and Non-Lead Agencies with balance statements and proposed budgets as described in Sections 3.2.2 and 3.2.4 of this Agreement. The Environmental Trustee shall not pay any expense that has not been provided for in the applicable budget and approved by the Lead Agency or, in the case of costs incurred by the Environmental Trust Administrative account, by the Environmental Agencies.
