Social and Environmental Responsibility. Supplier warrants that in all countries in which Supplier and, to Supplier’s information and belief, Supplier’s authorized subcontractors do business, its and their operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing labor and employment, employee health and safety, protection of the environment, and ethical practices. Supplier will comply with DXC Supplier Code of Conduct (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxx/cr/ds/118945- csc_responsible_supply_chain_program), including establishment of management systems as described therein.
Social and Environmental Responsibility. Supplier warrants that in all countries in which Supplier and, to Supplier’s information and belief, Supplier’s appointed subcontractors do business, its and their operations comply with all Applicable Law and regulations governing labor and employment, employee health and safety, protection of the environment, and ethical practices. Supplier will comply with both the DXC Responsible Supply Chain Principles (DXC-Responsible Supply Chain Principles), including establishment of management systems as described therein, and the DXC Code of Conduct (DXC-Code of Conduct) located on the DXC Portal.
Social and Environmental Responsibility. Supplier will either:
(a) comply with HP’s Supply Chain Social and Environmental Responsibility Policy available at: xxx.xx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxxxX. including establishment of management systems described therein; or
(b) hereby represents that it is not a manufacturer of hardware, and
(c) acknowledges that HP expects and requires its business partners to conduct business in strict legal compliance and with the highest ethical standards;
(d) acknowledges that there are specific legal and ethical requirements with regard to competition, anti- corruption, international trade, intellectual property, environmental issues, human rights & fair labor practices, privacy & data protection, fair marketing, conflicts of interest, business controls and reporting that may be applicable to its performance under this Agreement and agrees to be compliant with any such requirements that may be applicable;
(e) will comply with the local minimum wage and maximum working hours requirements, and prevent the use of forced, involuntary prison, bonded, or indentured labor;
(f) will never discriminate based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, religion, disability, union membership, marital status, or political affiliation; and
(g) acknowledges that it is familiar with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and anti- corruption legislation in other relevant jurisdictions and agrees that it will not, in connection with this Agreement: (i) make any payment to; (ii) transfer anything of value to; (iii) offer, promise or give a financial or other advantage or request to; or (iv) agree to receive or accept a financial or other advantage from, in each case either directly or indirectly, (A) any government official or employee (including employees of a government corporation or public international organization); (B) any political party or candidate for public office or (C) any other person or entity with an intent to obtain or retain business or otherwise gain an improper business advantage

The Contractor shall comply with and shall not cause UNICEF, the Beneficiary and/or the Host Government to breach any applicable policy, their statutory obligations and/or any international convention in connection with social and environmental responsibility and/or hazardous or deleterious materials, including without limitation the following:
Social and Environmental Responsibility. 18.1 SPC has committed to ethically and sustainably managing social and environmental risks and impacts of its activities through its Social and Environmental Responsibility Policy.
18.2 Accordingly, SPC requires the Contractor to comply with the following obligations.
18.3 The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, nor any of its suppliers is engaged in any practice inconsistent with the rights set forth in the Convention on the Rights of the Child. This includes, among other things, Article 3 which requires the best interests of the child to be a primary consideration in all actions concerning children; Article 32 which protects children from economic exploitation and child labour; and Article 34 which protects children from sexual exploitation and abuse. Where the Contractor is providing services directly related to or involving children, the Contractor will either have its own Child protection policy in place or use its best endeavours to act in accordance with the principles of SPC’s child protection policy. The Contractor agrees to bring allegations of any abuse or exploitation of children arising in relation to this contract, of which the Contractor has been informed or has otherwise become aware, promptly to the attention of SPC.
18.4 Any breach of this representation and warranty shall entitle SPC to terminate this contract immediately upon notice to the Contractor, at no cost to SPC.
18.5 The Contractor is committed to respecting, and acting in a manner which avoids infringing on, human rights, and ensures that they are not complicit in human rights abuses committed by others.
