Payments Comprising the Fund. The Trust Assets placed with the Trustee by the Grantor shall consist of cash and/or direct obligations of the U.S.A. or the State of Michigan, or obligations for which the principal and interest are unconditionally guaranteed by the U.S.A. or the State of Michigan, or certificates of deposit of any financial institution to the extent insured by an agency of the United States Government.
