Payments Due to the Contractor. The Corporation shall be entitled to deduct from any payment due or becoming due to the Contractor under this Contract or any other Contract and/or from PBGs, retention amount(s), all costs, damages, recovery or expenses for which the Contractor is liable to the Corporation under this Contract or any other Contract.
