Company’s Representative. Company designates Inland Diversified Business Manager & Advisor, Inc. as Company’s Representative or any other person or entity designated by Company in all dealings with Manager hereunder. Whenever the notification and reporting to 115446.5 Company or the approval, consent or other action of Company is called for hereunder, any notification and reporting if sent to or specified in writing to Company’s Representative, and any approval, consent or action if executed by any of the officers of Company’s Representative, shall be binding on Company. Company’s Representative. 8.1 The Company's Representative shall be the person named in the Schedule 1 or such other person nominated in writing by the Company from time to time to act in the name of the Company for the purposes of this Agreement.
Company’s Representative. The Company may designate one (1) representative to serve as the Company’s representative in all dealings with the Property Manager hereunder (the “Company’s Representative”). Whenever the approval or consent or other action of the Company is called for hereunder, such approval, consent or action shall be processed through the Company’s Representative unless the Company notifies the Property Manager otherwise in writing. The Company’s Representative may be changed at the discretion of the Company, at any time, by writing delivered to the Property Manager. Except as may be expressly provided to the contrary elsewhere in this Property Management Agreement, whenever the approval or consent or other action of the Company is called for under this Property Management Agreement, if the Property Manager requests such approval, consent or other action of the Company’s Representative and does not receive a response from the Company’s Representative within five (5) business days after making such request, the Property Manager shall make a second request for approval or consent or other action of the Company’s Representative specifying that unless a response is received within two (2) days after making such request, the request shall be deemed approved by the Company.
Company’s Representative. Company shall designate by written notice to Contractor a representative who shall act as a single point of contact with Contractor in all matters relating to the Work (“Company’s Representative”). Company’s Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of Company for all purposes in connection with this Contract.
Company’s Representative. The Company appoints the Company’s Representative as its agent to monitor the performance of the Supplier and ensure compliance of the Supplier with its obligations under this Agreement. The Company’s Representative at the Commencement Date is the person nominated in the Contract Details. The Company’s Representative may, by notice to the Supplier’s Representative, delegate all or any of its functions under this Agreement. The Company may by notice to the Supplier remove the Company’s Representative and appoint another person in his or her place.
Company’s Representative. Company shall designate a person to act as Company’s representative who shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define Company’s policies and make decisions and in general to act as liaison between Company and Provider relating to this Agreement. In addition, for each SOW, Company shall designate its representative who shall act as a liaison between Company and Provider relating to such SOW. The initial Company representative shall be Xxx Xxxxxx.
Company’s Representative. The person within the Company who will act as the main contact point and channel of communication for the Project during the period of this Agreement is Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx. The Company will inform the Individual of any change in the identity of such person.
Company’s Representative. Company has appointed Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx as its representative (“Company’s Representatives”) for the Project whom shall have authority to administer this Agreement on behalf of Company, agree upon procedures for coordinating Company’s efforts with those of Provider and furnish information, when appropriate, to Provider. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice, approval, objection, assurance, inspection, delivery, certification, acknowledgment or similar action under this Agreement, given or received in writing by any Company’s Representative, shall be effective as if given or received, as applicable, by Company. Company’s Representatives may be changed at Company’s discretion and Company shall provide notice of same to Provider.
Company’s Representative. Company shall, at no Cost to Contractor, appoint a Company’s Representative, who shall be authorized to act for the Company. Contractor shall be entitled to proceed in accordance with instructions given by Company’s Representative; provided, however, that such appointment and direction shall not relieve Contractor of its responsibility and liability for its obligations under this Contract.
Company’s Representative. 16.1 The Company shall appoint the Company’s Representative to act on its behalf in connection with this Agreement. Such appointment (and the appointment of any replacement) shall be subject to the Contracting Authority’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed in respect of the appointment of an individual suitably qualified and competent to discharge the functions of the Company’s Representative under this Agreement.
