Payments Final & Non-Refundable Sample Clauses

Payments Final & Non-Refundable. Once payment is made to Love My Dog, payments are final and non-refundable. If Owner purchases boarding and does not use the entire boarding amount, Love My Dog, at its full and sole discretion, reserves the right to either i) keep the remaining payments, or ii) refund a pro rata portion to Owner.
