In the event Executive’s employment under this Agreement is terminated by Employer without Cause, and provided Executive shall first execute a written release substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A consistent with this Section 5.3 (the “Release Agreement”), and provided further that Executive has not exercised rights to revoke or rescind the release of claims under to the Release Agreement, then Employer shall provide to Executive the following benefits:
