Payments Following Termination. Following termination of this Agreement, whether for any of the reasons specifically set forth above or for any other reason, the Company shall have no obligation to make payments to or bestow benefits upon Xxxxx after the date of termination except as may be required by law, as described in this subsection (b), and under the 2019 Plan (to the extent not otherwise provided for in this Agreement).
