PAYMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. 7.2.1 Upon completion of any additional services indicated in Paragraphs 1.3 and 2.1.2 and written approval of the Owner, payment in full shall be due, minus any offsets. 7.2.2 Partial payments may be made upon written request by the Commissioning Authority Professional and the Owner's written approval, minus any offsets.
