Payments for Insurance and Related Benefits. If (1) the Company does not renew the Agreement at the end of the Original Term or any Renewal Term, (2) the Employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or (3) the Executive resigns for Good Reason then the Company shall, for a period of 12 months or the remainder of the contract, whichever is greater commencing on the date of termination of Executive’s employment, pay such health insurance premiums as may be necessary to allow Executive, Executive’s spouse and dependents to continue to receive health insurance coverage substantially similar to the coverage they received prior to the date of termination of Executive’s employment.
