Payments From Accounts and Sub-Accounts. (a) Impositions and Insurance Reserve Sub-Account. Based on a written instruction from the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall withdraw amounts on deposit in the Impositions and Insurance Reserve Sub-Account and distribute such amounts as are required to be distributed pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Indenture.
