Cash Accounts definition

Cash Accounts means any or all of the segregated trust accounts to be established at the Custodian to which the Custodian shall deposit or credit and hold any cash or Proceeds received by it from time to time from or with respect to the Securities or the sale of the Securities of the Company, as applicable, which trust accounts shall be designated the “Cash Proceeds Account”, “Principal Account”, and “Interest Account”.
Cash Accounts means a cash account designated in a particular currency opened in the name of the relevant Fund into which (i) subscription monies received from investors who have subscribed for Shares are deposited and held until Shares are issued as of the relevant Dealing Day; or
Cash Accounts means the accounts to be established at the Custodian to which the Custodian shall deposit and hold any cash Proceeds received by it from time to time from or with respect to the Securities or the sale of the common stock of the Company, as applicable, which accounts shall be designated the “NMF Senior Loan Fund I, Inc. Cash Interest Proceeds Account” and the “NMF Senior Loan Fund I, Inc. Cash Principal Proceeds Account.”

Examples of Cash Accounts in a sentence

  • Cash Accounts may be interest bearing or non-interest bearing and may be subject to charges or fees on the deposit balance or on a per account basis.

  • The Client must maintain sufficient funds in the Cash Accounts to settle all transactions in the applicable currencies in a timely manner.
