Common use of Payments in General Clause in Contracts

Payments in General. Any amount required to be paid by one party to the other pursuant to this Agreement (other than the payments described in Sections 5.5 and 5.6 and subsection 6.1(c)(iv)(B) and 6.1(d)(iv)(B)) shall be paid in immediately available funds within thirty (30) days after written demand therefor from the other party given after a Final Determination of the amount thereof.
