The Marketing Payments clause defines the terms under which payments are made for marketing services or activities. Marketing Payments. If Exhibit D has been initialed by the parties and attached to this Agreement, Vendor, and DR agree to the marketing payments and marketing activities provided for on Exhibit D.
Marketing Payments. For purposes of this MOA, the term "Marketing Payment" shall mean the TVC/Media Payment (as defined below), together with the Promoter and Distribution Payment (as defined below) and the Banking Benefits Payment (as defined below).
