Payments in Lieu of Other Severance Rights. The severance payments provided hereunder shall be made in lieu of any other severance payments under any severance agreement, plan, program or arrangement of the Company applicable to the Executive; provided that the sum of such payments shall not be less than the amount that otherwise would have been payable to the Executive under the Company’s severance policy, if any.
