Payments Made to Royalty Owner Monthly. When and to the extent that the Royalty Owner is not taking its share of Petroleum Substances in kind, every sale of Petroleum Substances produced from the Royalty Lands by the Grantor shall include the Royalty Owner's Overriding Royalty share thereof. The Grantor shall remit to the Royalty Owner all monies accruing to the Royalty Owner on account of the Overriding Royalty on or before the twenty- fifth (25th) working day following the calendar month next following the calendar month in which such Petroleum Substances were sold.
