Payments must be in full. All payments due from you to us must be made in full in accordance with the Agreement without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim. If we owe you money as a result of the Retailer refunding us for all or part of the Total Amount of Credit we paid on your behalf, we will refund this to you in accordance with clause 23.
