Payments Not Acceptance of Work. No payment made by Company to Contractor shall be considered or deemed to represent that Company has inspected the Work or checked the quality or quantity of the Work and shall not be deemed or construed as an approval or acceptance of any Work or as a waiver of any claim or right Company may have hereunder.
